PLAYING RULES

·All hazards are played lateral hazard and 1 stroke penalty, despite color of stake.

·Putt is good if the gimme rope can touch any part of the hole and any part the ball at the same time (Ropes are 30 inches. Can mark 30 inches on putter if easier)

·Every ball in every lie (other than bunkers) is allowed to have a bump/preferred lie. This means you can move the ball slightly (no more than a grip length) to get a better lie. Bunker balls can only be moved if in unusual condition (footprint/water/against a rake) but NOT if you get a fried egg

·DON’T BREAK A CLUB OR AN ARM- if you find your ball and it is on rocks or a tree root or if you would hit a tree with your swing, move it to a spot that you can have a swing. This doesn’t mean if your ball is in a bush you can take it out. It just means that if you found your ball and it is in a potentially playable spot, but you might break your club when you hit it, you can move it with no penalty. This is a grey area so just ask the guys in the group if it is ok or not.

·GRIZZLY RANCH: Grizzly Ranch has some crazy thick grass areas. If you and your group see exactly where your ball went in to the grass and you cannot find it, you can place the ball in the grass where you agree that it went in at no penalty. You must see exactly where it went in for this to count (basically a leaf rule)

Modified Stableford Scoring:

Eagle: 5 points

Birdie: 3 points

Par: 2 points
